ACR provides competent senior management that oversees all aspects of the property. The specific services provided include:
Implementation of appropriate control and reporting systems
Preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
Supervision of on-site management and staff including selection, hiring, directing, training and, if necessary, termination.
Maintaining appropriate operating procedures and systems as required by the business.
Preparation of annual marketing plans and on-going direction of advertising and promotion programs for the property and using all reasonable efforts to sell products.
Oversee the maintenance and condition of the business and undertake such repairs and maintenance as and when necessary.
